XQUBE works as a white-label extension of your firm, staffed by qualified professionals and led by a partner who holds both a US CPA license and an Indian CA. Your software, your workpaper standards, your review, your signature. We carry preparation so your licensed staff carries judgment.

FOUR OBJECTIONS

Straight answers

"Offshore teams don't understand US tax code."

Some don't. Ours are trained in US tax law, US GAAP , and IFRS, and the firm is led by a founder who holds a CPA license from the Washington State Board of Accountancy alongside his Indian CA. Test it before you trust it: that is exactly what the paid pilot is for.

"I lose quality control."

You set the standards, we prepare to them, and nothing leaves your firm without your review and signature. If our first pass does not meet your bar, that is a training gap on our side, and we fix it on our time, not yours.

"What about client data security?"

Fair question, and the answer should be specific rather than reassuring. We maintain eight named controls: restricted physical access, disabled USB ports, CCTV, firewalls, licensed antivirus, monitored web access, controlled internet, and per-client credentials. See the full list on our About page.

"What do I tell my clients?"

Disclosure practice varies by firm and by state board, and Section 7216 governs how you handle client tax information with third parties. We support whichever approach your counsel advises, and we can supply the documentation your disclosure process requires.
