Nilesh J. Panchal is a Bachelor in Commerce from Mumbai University, India. He is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification from California State Board of Accountancy. He is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards ( Dip IFR) from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), London. He cleared his post qualification in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
With over 22 years of experience in the field of Accountancy, Taxation, Transfer Pricing regulation, International Taxation, Audits, Capital Markets in India and US, he offers specialized tailor-made solutions to the Corporates / Multinational Corporates, who have businesses in the USA as well as in India.
His vision is to increase the Net worth of Business owners /Corporates / Multinational Corporates by helping management concentrate on their business ventures thereby leaving tax planning, compliances and book keeping to XQUBE's professional experts.

Ankit N. Shah is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with post qualification in Information Systems Audit. With over 12 years of business experience in US Tax and Accounting field, he is instrumental in establishing the process and integrated system at XQUBE, which help its clientele to focus on their core competencies leaving their tax compliances, tax filings and book-keeping engagements for our experts to handle.
He had worked with a New York based CPA Tax and Business Advisory firm in its offshore establishment, where he was responsible for tax planning, compliance, and filing of returns of various business entities.
His varied experience in handling the tax matters of resident and non-resident individuals, partnerships/LLPs and multinational corporates add to XQUBE'S PHILOSOPHY of upholding the principles of EFFICIENCY, EXPERTISE AND EXCELLENCE in delivering time-bound clients' assignments to their utmost satisfaction.
He possesses a rich experience working with US Certified Public Accountants and Tax Attorneys in understanding and implementing the US Tax Laws and Regulations.

CA Kalpesh Desai a Fellow Member from Institute of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, India aged 70 years, has rich experience in various fields related to Accounts, Audit, Taxation, and various Financial Services including but not limited to Investments, Advisory etc.
He was practicing as Proprietor of Kalpesh Desai & co until 1997 in India.He was a Regional Council Member during the term from 1993 to 1996 holding various important portfolios e.g. Chairman to Study Circle Committee.
During such period he had an opportunity to be a member of ASSOCHEM of India affiliated to CII, Taxation committee of IMC Bombay.
He had served as Advisor to Issue Category IV, holding Broker Card with OTC Exchange of India until he migrated to USA in 1997 and lived 22 years of Professional life in USA.
